What can you do tonight before you go to sleep that will make your life a little easier in the morning? It seems like morning time (especially if you have kids) is one of the craziest times every day. Tackling some of your morning duties the night before could potentially reward you with 5 ā€“ 15 extra minutes. Every lifestyle will have different options but a few ideas include: setting out clothing for the next day, packing as much of your lunch as possible, setting out items needed for your hair and makeup, workout clothing, a healthy breakfast option, or even household chores like laundry or cleaning. Having a few extra minutes to slow down in the morning will help you ease into the rest of your day with a peaceful mindset.
